Thanks for not changing over the many years since I've been coming to the beach.  It's nice to know there will always be YOU and YOURS as we sit on the Porch.  The years go by but the people remain the same. That's comforting to know as I travel Coast to Coast.

We love The Osborne Inn and we treasure our more than 27 years of memories that we've been blessed to share.   Wonderful family! The perfect place to stay, so close to the beach and Boardwalk!!  They really have it ALL!

It was 'GRAND' to return to my roots (1824 Wesley Avenue) and be here with my dearest friend. Thank you for your hospitality and kindnesses.  I am so grateful for these precious days. - written by Denise Belcher of Michigan.

Our stay at the Osborne Inn was fabulous.  Apartment A was a little bit of home, very spacious and comfy.  We loved being so close to the beach and Boardwalk.  Gary tried some surf fishing but no nibbles.  The beaches were clean and very relaxing.  Great vacation!!!

We felt so fortunate to stumble upon the Osborne Inn on our way to the beach and even luckier to have an available room for most of our stay.  We felt right at home with the wonderful hospitality and the room we stayed in was so cozy, it felt like we were staying at a relative's house. We came to Ocean City to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and we had a blast hanging out on the beach, walking the boardwalk, flying our kite and eating pounds of taffy. We will definitely come back to celebrate many more wonderful years together!

 'Considering this was my first trip to OC, our first stop at the Osborne’s Inn really set the mood for the rest of the trip; they had come highly-recommended, but I wasn’t prepared for the “long lost family returning home” reception we received—I was instantly put at ease with PeggyAnn & Frank’s overwhelming friendliness and the homey feel and décor of the Inn. The next day we even sat on the porch with them, admiring the view of the town while sipping cold refreshing drinks in the heat. The accommodations of the room made me feel like I was in a souped-up version of my own bedroom, rather than an overly-sterile, uninviting hotel where you never feel quite like you belong. I can’t wait to return to my now-extended family for another visit to this awesome town!'

Beginning  Summer with a getaway after the long cold winter couldn't be nicer or warmer or sunnier than at Peggy Ann & Frank's 'Osborne Inn'.  The welcome back feeling greets you.  Best of all Lili's parents met in OC in 1928 on the boardwalk.   Their initials still carved in the 20th Street pavilion as well as a bench in their memory to sit and enjoy the oceanview on.  Thanks for the Memory.  Memories keep on bringing us back to a happy place.

This was our second Summer doing a girl's weekend and staying at Osborne's Inn!  We always have a great time and cannot wait to do it again next year!!

This is our third mother/daughter trip to Osborne's Inn but it won't be our last! We had a wonderful time!  So much fun and so many memories that we continue to make.

 Thank you Frank and Peggy Ann for always being so wonderful to us when we come to Ocean City.

We come down for some rest, relaxation and quiet time.  Down here in Ocean City we get it. We like sitting on the porch and playing cards.  We always look forward to our return trip.  We love the friendly atmosphere in Ocean City.  There is no stress and we have nothing to worry about.  Ocean City is just a great town to visit and the Osborne Family certainly enjoy having us stay with them.
