Thank you so much, we had a great time, and we appreciate how welcome you made us feel. Hope to see next summer, maybe this summer again if we are lucky.

I remember coming to Ocean City as a little girl and having SO much fun. Now, 7-10 (I forget) years later, I’m back and having a wonderful time again. But I don’t remember where we stayed like I usually do. I know I’ll never forget the Osborne’s Fairview Inn because of the hospitality and great time here! Thank you! I hope my family and I stay here again!

We had a great time! Thank you so much for allowing us the chance to recreate our childhood memories with our children! Ocean City is everything I remembered and MORE thanks to you! We love Shafto’s and Smitty’s, and we played more mini golf than ever… Brian loves it the most! The beach was wonderful and Gary learned to skim board so well. Karen loved the shops on the boardwalk and Campbell’s take out. Thanks again, and we hope to see you again soon!

Here we are again, finally, after 3 years! Missed coming down, and hope not to be gone that long again. We all had a great weekend and the 3 year old had a fun time. It was the first time Jarred was at the beach. Of course Shelby loved it; always does. Thanks for your hospitality and hope to see you next year! Have a good rest of your summer!

We enjoy staying at the Osborne’s Inn. My brother picked up a brochure and said it looked like a nice place to stay. He was right! Peggy Ann and Frank make you feel “at home”. We learned we had something in common; my husband attended John Wister Elementary School where Peggy Ann once taught. The Osborne’s Inn is a great vacation. It is near to the beach and the boardwalk. We look forward to our stay here each year.

We absolutely loved our stay with you! We went to Cape May. I got my fix for the year. We also went to Atlantic City – and for a change, didn’t leave a deposit! The stay at your Inn was delightful. We hope to return again next year. You and your hubby are a pleasure and you have a wonderful family. Enjoy them and treasure every moment with your grandchildren! The babies are just gorgeous! “Home is where the heart is” and that phrase is certainly true for the Osborne’s Fairview Inn. Knowing God directs our paths, we were looking for a place to stay for a few days in Ocean City when we “happened upon” the home and hospitality of Peggy Ann and Frank. That was five years ago, and our September tradition continues. Your home and your hearts are open to your guests in a way that says, “We care about you!” Thank you for your friendship and the many memories we have of Ocean City. We look forward to many more visits.

This was just what I needed to recharge myself! I decided last minute to try and find a place where I could unwind. Task complete!! My family and I had a great time. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you!

My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway. I googled guest houses and Osborne's Inn was one of the choices.  After seeing the favorable reviews on their website, we decided to book a room at the Inn.  We were warmly welcomed with a hug by Peggy Ann.  She and Frank made us feel like part of the family.  The Inn is immaculate.   It is one block from the boardwalk.  Our room was lovely, and we enjoyed reading other people's memories of the Inn and Ocean City in the scrapbook located in our room.

Despite the drizzly and damp day, my husband and I went to the Block Party and had lunch at the Seaford Fesitival which was at the Music Pier.  Later that evening, we had a delicious dinner at the Hula Grill.  The following day the weather was beautiful.  We walked the boardwalk and enjoyed day. 

We are looking forward to returning to the Inn in the summer and making more wonderful memories staying at Osborne's Inn and enjoying the beautiful town of Ocean City.

Thank you Peggy Ann and Frank for welcoming us to your home. 

We love visiting!  Staying at the Osborne Inn is like being at a home away from home. The Osborne's are wonderful people.

OCNJ has been in our families for decades (back to the 1920s). We came to OCNJ together after we first met in college. My grandfather, a long-time member of the Fishing Club, took us out angling and Janelle caught her first fish – a fair sized flounder. We always seemed to spend our beach time between 14-16th streets. I used to work at Horsey’s Restaurant and recently we have been attending family and friends reunions. Over the years our families continued to rent in the vicinity.

When we came back together again, it was a gift of my parents that we come to Osborne’s Inn, Peggy Ann and Frank had been so good to them and my brothers over the years.  It was too easy not to be welcomed and be comfortable with such wonderful hosts. We always look forward to our next time back “home.”

We started coming to Osborne's in the late 1980s.  We have seen Frank and Peggy Ann's children grow up and have families of their own.  Many years and many happy memories of times in Ocean City were made at 15th and Wesley.  We both are retired now and return each September.  Our own grandsons enjoy time with us in Ocean City.  This family and house holds a special place in our lives as we consider it a home away from home at the shore.  Our time each year is special because of the family atmosphere and the outstanding hospitality of Frank and Peggy Ann.  They make each guest feel like one of their family members.
